we taught her the importance of beauty
the importance of thin
and it hurt
we taught her how to judge
how to hate
and she learnt

she showed us control
she showed us deceit
and we ignored her
she showed us her special breed of magic
showed us how she could disapper
and we watched

she taught us the pain of beauty
she taught us the pain if thin
and it hurt
she taught us how to judge
she taught us how to hate
and we learnt

she embrased our teachings
our photos and our words
and then she showed us what it was
to be youg to be hurt to be alone
and then she left us
with all of the pain we had taught her to feel

"young girls arn't born knowing how to hate their bodies so we decide to teach them"

and yes it hurts
